Living in Sentosa Cove.
Life inside the gates: access from HarbourFront, golf, Quayside, the marina, and owner-occupation. This is not a news page.
A gated enclave on Sentosa
Sentosa Cove is a gated residential enclave on the eastern side of Sentosa. Access is controlled. It is a residential precinct with its own streets, not a hotel strip and not a stretch of the mainland.
Landed homes in the precinct include golf-course facing houses and waterfront or berth houses. They are different lots. The live listing on this site is a Cove Drive bungalow on the golf side, not a berth.
Golf
Tanjong Golf Course sits west and southwest of Cove Drive. That is the golf the Cove Drive bungalows face. Serapong Golf Course lies north of the Cove lagoon. Both are facts of the precinct. They do not make every house a golf-course house.
Marina and Quayside Isle
ONE°15 Marina Club stands by the marina. Quayside Isle is the dining and retail strip by W Singapore, on Ocean Way, not a residential finger. People who live here use those places. This page does not publish restaurant names, hours, or a dining guide.
The named islands
Pearl, Sandy, Treasure, Coral, and Paradise are named islands inside the enclave. That is official geography. They are not inventory on this site. The house listed here is on Cove Drive, golf side.
Access from HarbourFront
Sentosa Cove sits on Sentosa. Most people reach the island from HarbourFront, then the Cove gates. That sequence is part of living here. It is not the mainland.
Owner-occupation
The Cove is a residential enclave. People live here. 99-year leasehold landed exists in the precinct. Landed ownership for a foreign buyer is for living in the house, not for renting it out. That legal frame is a separate chapter. This is not a short-term rental strip.
A Cove Drive bungalow is currently listed. Golf-course frontage, not a berth.
